Cas Atchison, President and Founder, has been valued throughout his sixteen-year career for his leadership, capability to build and manage successful teams, increase project value, and most importantly improve and add value to the client’s projects, assets and/or bottom line.  His prior experiences have helped him create an extensive network of natural resource management personnel that he brings with him to Synergy Land & Minerals, LLC.  Cas is a Certified Petroleum Landman (“CPL”) and will obtain his Certified Mineral Manager (“CMM”) in 2021.  He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Permian Basin Landman’s Association (PBLA), and the Austin Professional Landman Association (APLA).
